Hey guys I watch wake up siddh…liked the flick and loved THE RANBIR KAPOOR….i think it was a cool movie …had great time...was pure funnnn….actually it was pleasure watching that dude… looking amazingly innocent yet so so…well so sexy…hehe… last time I had felt that way…(well the butterfly thing in my stomach…was while watching jab we met …that green moflar around shahid’s neck…oh mah ma…)…
Now that I liked the movie so I won’t question how a boy of that age…and true brat like siddh…can be so sweet….with a clear heart…no smoking …no drugs … just the occasional drinks….and always the platonic thoughts running his mind…(well a little tough to digest that…but in this case special redemptions for ranbir….)…just one query…when konkana sen sharma will stop playng the identically same roles…???? I mean she is awesome at that…but then…page 3 , life In a metro.. luck by chance…a little bit of laga chunri mein daag(well that movie still haunts me in my dreams…)…nd now wake up siddh…same girl… with same inspirations...and aspirations…infact the same make-up and hair-style too…now that can be a little monotonous but then I m not really complaining……
So without playing too much Khalid Mahammad….i will come straight to the point…
My issue is with the projection of life…or life style…and the attitude…in the movies….i mean why each and every youth oriented movie is trying to tell us that 10-6 job is boring…and it is something for uncle ji types boy and behan ji(no…not mayawati…) types girls…
Somewhere these film are forcing us to believe that a guy working in a bank or probably an insurance company do not have a sense of humor…or a girl teaching in any X Y or Z school…does not know how to enjoy the life ….or for that matter if you are not very good at singing…dancing….painting or the lattest photography then you are good for nothing…and it’s a pitty if you yourself is no Eshan Awasthi or Antra ……
BHAI SAHAB Too much of tare zameen pe nahi chalegi….i know iss movie ne 80% of bacche and 50% of unke maa-baap ki psychology kharaab kar de hai…..
I appreciate the efforts of the people who bring such issues and show their agony to the masses but then being normal is also not any crime ..(certainly not as the law stands at present)
Its stupid at the part of the film maker to project that these 10-6 job holders are the frustrated lots… indulged in the rat race….and just trying hard to survive….and that these formal shirts wearer don’t know anything about the latest in’s and out’s of the market… don’t know how to have a good time or how to party hard…nd Don’t even have zest for living ……
I know many people who are not very good at ART …infact they are pretty bad…(including ME )….but then they have their own hobbies which they thoroughly enjoy…because Enjoying is something very individual affair…I mean there are people who give a lot of attention to their fitness and therefore enjoy their sessions at gym….or some like reading books…some like gossiping...and some are introverts and therefore prefer to enjoy just with their very close one’s….so ultimately what is important is having a good time… which ….for god sake…. one can have without chasing too much of arts….
And I believe that its great that your job is giving you time to pursue your hobby…which a 10-6 job surly gives you….and if that is not enough…then you have your weekends too…
So my humble request to the respected film makers ….don’t try to show that one has to be dyslexic… autistic…HIV positive or a complete brat to enjoy life…
Because one can have a good time in the break at the nearest momos point too…
